Dunno if they'd let us plant one at Hogwarts. It might just remind people about what happened and how a Professor murdered a student, and I reckon that's something they'll want to quieten down so people forget and don't complain too much.
I don't know where else we could do it though. It should be somewhere public where people will see it, even if they don't immediately know who it's for.

Maybe we could do something inside the Sett, where only Hufflepuffs could see it?
Anyhow, we should definitely ask Professor Sprout if we can do something when we get back to school.
