Hey Pansy,

How are you doing? Ron's description of the Horcrux sounded...intense. And I'm sure he didn't say the half of it.

Not that I'm asking for details or anything, unless you want to talk about it. But I'm around if you do. Or if you just want to go flying or go to Fortescue's or something like normal people. And I heard a rumour that they're putting on free concerts at Hyde Park later on this summer, if you ever want to go out and dance to something loud.

It's strange being home with Mum & Dad again; I mean, it's always a little strange at the beginning of hols, but it's more so this summer.

She may be annoying, and really not very nice, but she certainly doesn't deserve to die.

I'm headed over to Grimmauld this afternoon. I don't think it'll be particularly pleasant, but I need to go, and I'm looking forward to just being done with it, but I don't know what sort of mood I'll be in after.

I just go to visit every now and then, really, and it's still weird.

Like there's all this stuff going on they don't know the half of, and they've got the wrong end of the broom to begin with.

Mine have more or less the right end of the broom, but...to them the Order's sort of a legend, like that one about the hook-handed Muggle pirate that snatches children when they show their first signs of magic.

So all they really know of the resistance is Dogstar and the Crimson Company and that lot, and they don't approve.

And the Legendary Sirius Black and Albus Dumbledore and Frank and Alice Longbottom and Severus Snape... it's so funny how ordinary they are, isn't it? They drink tea and swear and argue and make stupid mistakes, and we get to argue right back, and complain about how dense they can sometimes get.
