Argh! Sorry about Eloise; she's a good friend and housemate but sometimes I just want to sit on her.

And now I think I have an idea of how Greengrass feels sometimes. Not that she'd thank me for saying so, I'm sure.

And we all had such a good time in Hogsmeade, too. I didn't realise you and Sally-Anne knew Neville so well. I mean, it makes sense because you two are both mates with Ron Weasley and Neville is too, but it's also, I dunno, sort of surprising in a way.

Don't worry about it. She's apologised, and the important thing is that both Draco and Ron know it's a silly bit of nonsense, so no harm done and I'm not angry with her. Besides, I know how that goes -- I want to sit on Milli all the time.

And yeah, Hogsmeade was fun. And I'm glad you and Nev have been getting on so well. He's a decent sort, but because of his parents, people don't tend to notice, which is a shame. Sally-Anne tutored him in first year, you know, and yeah, he's housemates with Ron, so we all just sort of fell in together. And now, you've fallen in too, and I hope you keep on falling, because you're good company.

Have you given any more thought to Hydra?

I know that our tea is has a really nice sort of feel to it right now. It's a bit of a safe place. And I know Hydra can seem a bit intimidating and everything, just because of her parents, you know? But I do think that she'd be genuine and she'd want to keep it a place where people can be themselves.

But I'd understand if you thought it wouldn't be a good idea. At least not right away.

And...look, I'm aware this is really personal and sort of horrid to ask, but something made me think of it and now I can't un-think it:

She never talked about it to us. I don't think she really talked about it to anyone, except maybe Professor Raz. But she was awfully upset after. Pale and shaking and everything.

I honestly don't know what all she saw, but if you want me to find out, I can.

And yeah, I could ask her, but I wanted to make sure it was okay with you first. And Mandy and Luna too. Because I know the rest of us know her just fine, but I didn't want it to be all the Slytherins just sort of making up everyone's mind about it, you know?

I mean, not that House matters, right? This is a different sort of thing. It's more about people than Houses. Which I like.

Right--I love my House, but it's good to have something apart from it. Although I'm not sure everyone feels the same, in either of our houses.
