Just wanted to check in on where everyone is.

I'm in the sett Common Room projecting "calm cheerful Prefect everything's totally normal here" as hard as I have ever done in my life. And twitting Linus Moon because it amuses me.

Kelley Drumgoole was boasting about seeing the Enforcers so the cat is well out of the bag here. Letting the younger years stay up later and making a party of it--that'll make it much easier to grab Jaspar on my way out if I have to.

Sally Anne--how's everyone in the infirmary?

Obviously don't respond if compromised.

They have finally quit watching me.

Everyone here is on edge. Enforcers are taking down names of every student who shows up, which luckily has been overwhelmingly students who don't know anything. It's a good thing she just made a fresh batch of calming potion.

But they didn't question you or anyone there like they suspected anything?

I've been sitting here in agony thinking I might have led Carrie and Pete (not to mention the other Galleon kids) straight into a trap. Even though I know Madame P would never have left them if she thought they were in danger too.

I keep getting interrupted by students needing calming draughts. Funny thing, that.

Anyway they asked me a load of questions but they didn't seem to think I was in on anything with her. They just thought I might know where she was. I said she hadn't told me she was going anywhere and I hadn't even noticed she was missing until they showed up and asked, I assumed she was checking on people in beds or possibly in the loo.

They wanted to talk to the students who were in beds and I threw a little bit of a tantrum saying that ill students should not be disturbed and I was certain the Headmaster would agree with me and that actually worked, they searched the Hospital Wing but didn't ask anybody any questions.

I'm in our common room, and fine except that everyone's asking me how on earth Linus Moon was able to write all the prefects in one single private message.

Artie and I are in the Ravenclaw common room, pretending to revise and keeping an eye on our journals.

All the Ravenclaws on the Galleons are in reach, if necessary, but we haven't said anything to them.

Good to know. Your lot's probably the ones who'd need to summon the brooms if it came to that.

I'm guessing anyway. Not really the strategist here by any means.

It's killing me that there's nothing any of us can do right now but wait.

I'm keeping watch on the Headmaster's door. From a ways away and behind a good notice-me-not. So far that's done the trick.

Haven't heard or seen anything that makes it seem like they suspect students, but who knows.

I'm still keeping to the corridors. In case Mummy needs me, or anyone else, for that matter. It's quiet now. Everyone must be in the dormitories.
